Legal basis for the processing:

Providing the data is mandatory in order to establish or continue the contractual relationship, to the extent that such data is necessary for its execution.

Personal data will not be disclosed in any case.
To the extent strictly necessary for the execution of the contractual relationship, your personal data may be communicated to third parties, such as suppliers of products and/or services, located both within and outside the European Union.
Rights of the data subject:
As a data subject, you have the full right to request access, rectification, or erasure of your personal data, or the restriction of its processing. This right can be exercised by sending an email to amministrazione@facino.it.
Complaints:
The data subject has the right to revoke the authorization for the processing of data for which consent has been given, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
