Four days of intense excitement, talks, appointments, meetings, new acquaintances. The 21st International Food Exhibition, held in Parma from May 3 to 6, 2022, did not disappoint expectations, confirming itself as a top event for industry professionals. An event that marks, with renewed optimism, the definitive relaunch for a post-pandemic return to normality. A round of applause to all the exhibitors, so many with more than 95% of the pavilions’ capacity, who set up their stands celebrating the best of our country’s gastronomic production with wisdom and mastery, and a dutiful and heartfelt thanks to all those who visited the stand, appreciating our gastronomic specialties and the latest proposals.
